Whilst looking for something to tart the walls up, I stumbled across MorgueFile a great looking repository of some interesting looking stock photos.
As Martin would say I've had the
painters
and decorators
in, sure they've only given the blog a lick of magnolia, and they seem to
have covered the carpets with white footprints, but hey at least it's
better than the building site look I had earlier in the week.

The xhtml and feed are also invalid currently. I'm looking at those, hopefully they will be fixed very soon.
It's "cut the umbilical cord" time.

Welcome to my new blog, yes it's very sparse here right now, but I figured the best way to force me to get up to speed using pyBlosxom is to actually use it in anger.
My old content is still at http://www.cix.co.uk/~jimh/weblog/blogger.html but it'll be dragged over here in time.
Update In response to a couple of queries, the (auto-discoverable) feed for this blog can be found at feetup.org/blog/?flav=rss and comments will be here soon (honest :-)
Here's a list of things required to get this blog up and running properly,
this post should hopefully get updated and the items removed....
