Mixed results after the first week, some progress, but not quite as much as hoped for, and the exercise programme hasn't fully kicked off yet.
Anyway vital figures are, current loss 1kg, so 12kg to go.
The Excel charts are reporting a trend of 0.6kg loss, but the trend is following a longer term moving average so it hasn't quite tipped onto the downslope yet. Given that I had 3 days eating/drinking more than planned I'm pretty happy with this week, next week's goal is a further 2kg.
